Policy on Returns and WARRANTY

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
3Attach a copy of the sales check, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account).

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Unused/Unopened Items)

In the event that you no longer need an item you ordered, you can contact us for a full refund in accordance with the following conditions.

  • The return is made within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is unused and the packaging is the original unopened one from PUREFILTER.

Failure to meet these conditions will nullify your refund request. Also, please note that the shipping costs of sending back the item will be YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and it is NON-REFUNDABLE.  

 

2.90-Day Warranty

Warranties is 90 Days for our refrigerator filter. THE WARRANTY PERIOD BEGINS IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. 

Kindly note that the shipping costs of returning the product to PURELIFE will be your responsibility. Also, you should be aware that not all damages are eligible for a free warranty replacement. For instance, any damage as a result of improper usage of the item will not be covered by the warranty.

Note:

All warranty claims need to have an agreement from our support team in order to be considered. PUREFILTER reserves the right to deny  Compensation or free replacement for incomplete warranty claims; 
this includes:

 

  • Any returns made without an agreement from our support staff.
  • Returns as a result of item(s) being sent to the wrong address provided by you.
  • Any returns of an incorrect item.
  • Returning an empty package.


3. Order Cancellations
PUREFILTER doesn’t accept order cancellations done after the order has been shipped. If you want to cancel your order, please do so before we dispatch the item(s).


4. Product issue 
If you receive a damaged or non-functional item from us, please follow the warranty instructions and contact us of the issue within SEVEN (7) days of receiving the product. Our support team will deal this issue,refund or send a replacement.

 

5. Damages Not Covered By the Warranty

As mentioned above, not all damages are eligible for a free warranty replacement. Here are some of them.

  1. Normal Wear and Tear– Note that quality and functional degradation is inevitable. And as such, it is beyond PUREFILTER’s control, therefore, not covered by warranty. Also, any damages/breakages that occur during use are not covered by the Warranty.
  2. User Related Damages– Damages as a result of misuse, intentional damage, excessive usage, product modifications, and unauthorized repairs will render the item’s warranty void and no refund or free replacement will be done by PUREFILTER.

To recap, here are a few things that can void a warranty:

  • Attempting to modify the product.
  • Attempting to repair it yourself.
  • Modifying, customizing, removing, and changing parts of the item.
  • Using the product for activities it’s not designed for.
  • Evidence that the item’s body has been tampered with.

In case, you unintentionally void your warranty, you can still contact us to get a new item. However, this won’t be a free service, you’ll be expected to pay.

 

6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Now, although very unlikely, assuming you receive a defective item, you are eligible for a warranty claim. In such a case, here’s what you’ll do get a swift solution:

  1. Contact our support team at Bonysee ([email protected]) and tell us about the issue
  2. Try as much as possible to clearly describe the problem with the item. Here, you’ll be answering questions like “what happened?” “When?” And “How?”
  3. Make sure you provide useful information like the item’s full order number, product name, date of purchase, and the product’s code or SKU Number. This information will make it easy for our team to give you a quick fix to the issue.
  4. You are obligated to tell us about any attempts you may have taken to try to resolve the problem. Withholding such information can render your warranty void.  
  5. Also, take a photo or record a video showing where the defect is (if it’s visible) and attach it to the email you send to our team. Again, make sure that any photos or videos are clear, focused on the defect, and taken under good lighting. It will make it easier for us to quickly diagnose the problem and offer working solutions within a short time.

 

7. What To Do If You Receive the Wrong Item/Package or if Part of Your Order Is Missing

We highly advise you to be watchful when you receive the item. Please ENSURE THAT THE PACKAGING HAS NOT BEEN TAMPERED WITH and that THE CONTENTS ARE AS ORDERED before you sign for the package. If there’s an issue with your order (i.e. WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS), here’s what you should do:

  1. Contact our Support team via [email protected]
  2. Provide us with your details including your order number and the product’s SKU number.
  • Also, include clear, well-lit photos of the item, its packaging, and all visible shipping information on the packaging’s exterior.

On receiving this, our support team will work promptly to offer you solutions which may include:

  • Checking to see why you did not receive your full order or if part of your order is still in transit. And if we still can’t locate your missing item, PUREFILTER will send you a new one for free within your 3 Days period.
  • If you received the wrong item/package, Bonysee’s support time will make arrangements to send you your correct order or a full refund if possible. Plus, we will inform you of what to do with the wrong order received and will cover its shipping costs in case we instruct you to send it back to us.

 
 

8. Return and Refund Processes

PUREFILTER will provide clear guidelines and where, when, and how to execute the return of a faulty or unwanted item. This includes the return address, shipping service, and your options in terms of compensation.

We only offer two forms of compensation limited to a specific set of conditions. We can either decide to OFFER YOU A FULL REFUND or SEND YOU AN EXACT REPLACEMENT FOR THE PRODUCT RETURNED.

FOR REPLACEMENTS, the whole process should take less than A WEEK(7) from the date we receive the returned item. However, it might take longer depending on stock availability or other factors beyond our control. Please be patient.

FOR REFUNDS, this process will begin as soon as we receive the returned item. The time taken to complete this process will differ depending on the mode of payment used. i.e.

  • PayPal Purchase Refundscan take up to 48 hours for the funds to appear on your account.
  • Credit Card Refundstake longer – up to 14 days for the changes and refund to reflect in your bank account.
